Welcome to San Jose Elementary!

Dear San Jose Elementary Families,

It is with great pride that I begin my second year as Principal of San Jose Elementary, an A-rated school. Last year, our Hawks soared to success, and I am excited to continue building on that momentum alongside our dedicated staff, students, and families.

As a lifelong Pinellas County resident and graduate of Pinellas County Schools, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every child at San Jose receives the highest-quality education in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Over my 20+ years in education, I have served as a classroom teacher, Math Instructional Staff Developer, Assistant Principal, and now Principal—each role reinforcing my passion for supporting students in reaching their fullest potential.

Ms. Williams, our Assistant Principal, and I are committed to collaborating with families, supporting our teachers, and ensuring that every Hawk continues to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

San Jose is a community built on strong relationships, and we look forward to working side by side with you to create another year of excellence. Together, let’s continue to help our Hawks soar!

Ms. Williams is passionate about the whole child and is dedicated to meeting student’s individualized academic and social emotional needs. She is also committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive school environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.  Ms. Williams has over 25 years of educational experience in Public Schools and related settings. Within those years, she has taught for 10 years in a variety of roles such as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade teacher as well as a Reading Intervention Teacher. She has over 10 years of experience as an Assistant Principal.
